Young Jamaica Asks Civil Society to Keep Golding Accountable

The group has accused Mr. Golding of prioritising personal and political survival over the national objective of transitioning to a republic.

Young Jamaica says Mr. Golding’s advocacy for dual citizens to serve in Parliament is an attempt to rewrite rules to his benefit.

The group believes this undermines the integrity of Jamaica’s legislative framework.

Young Jamaica is calling on civil groups to call out Mr. Golding for attempting to deceive the public.
