Parish court judge, Justice Leighton Morris, has upheld the criminal charges against South Trelawny member of parliament, Marisa Dalrymple-Philibert.
The ruling was handed down a short while ago in the Kingston and St. Andrew Parish Court.
The matter will now proceed through the court process.
Dalrymple-Philibert is accused by the Integrity Commission of making false statements in her statutory declarations for the period 2015 to 2021.
