Minister with responsibility for information, Robert Morgan, says the Holness administration has made significant investments where crime prevention and anti-corruption are concerned.

This follows criticism of the government’s record on crime by a group of Diasporans who staged a protest in New York City last Friday.

That protest was organised by prominent critics of the Holness administration, Captain Rupert Francis and Wilfred Rattigan.

Speaking on Nationwide at Five last week, Minister Morgan says the government’s investments have boosted the capacity of law enforcement agencies.

Minister Morgan highlighted the investment in the Integrity Commission as proof that the government is committed to reducing corruption.
