JLP ‘Prepared to Celebrate’ in Aenon Town

Jamaica Labour Party, JLP, candidate in the Aenon Town division by-election, Suzette Barton, says the party is prepared to celebrate when polls close today.

Barton spoke with Nationwide News just after casting her ballot on Friday.

Meanwhile, People’s National Party, PNP, candidate Delroy Dawson says Friday’s by-election is crucial.

The by-election has been occasioned by the death of Councillor Marjorie McLeod-McFarlane. McFarlane defeated Dawson in the February 2024 by-election, winning the division by 92 votes.
