Information Minister Says ASPIRE Growth Initiative ‘Step Toward Improving Lives’

Minister with responsibility for information, Dr. Dana Morris Dixon, says Prime Minister Andrew Holness’ ASPIRE Jamaica growth initiative represents tangible steps towards improving the lives of Jamaicans.

The Prime Minister announced the initiative on Tuesday.

ASPIRE Jamaica’s core focus areas include expanding access to economic opportunities, enhancing safety and security, advancing human development, and improving infrastructure.

It will also focus on reforming the public bureaucracy and driving economic diversification.

According to Minister Morris-Dixon, the initiative is people-centred.
