Golding: Beryl Ravaged Communities May Need ‘External’ Relief Support

Opposition Leader Mark Golding says it appears external help may be needed to undertake aspects of the relief effort for residents in communities worst affected by Hurricane Beryl.

He was speaking on the weekend following a tour of Portland Cottage, Rocky Point, and Mitchell Town in Clarendon.

Mr. Golding says the authorities should prioritise the trucking of water to affected communities.
