Gillings ‘Cautiously Optimistic’ of Beating Dalrymple-Philibert in South Trelawny

In the South Trelawny by-election, independent candidate, Lloyd Gillings is cautiously optimistic about his chances of securing victory.

Gillings is predicting he will secure over 3,00 votes to become the next member of parliament.
