Duane Smith Officially Named North West St. Andrew Caretaker

Prime Minister Andrew Holness officially announced the appointment of Duane Smith as the new caretaker of North West St. Andrew.

He’s set to replace finance minister and member of parliament for the constituency, Dr. Nigel Clarke, who departs the island later this week.

He’ll be taking up the post of deputy managing director of the International Monetary Fund, IMF.
