Aenon Town Councillor Marjorie McLeod-McFarlane Has Died

The Jamaica Labour Party, JLP, has been plunged into mourning following the passing of councillor for the Aenon Town division in North Clarendon, Majorie McLeod-McFarlane.

Mrs. McLeod-McFarlane on Sunday after being hospitalised for a brief period.

Her cause of death has not been confirmed.

Mrs. McLeod-McFarlane won the Aenon Town division for the first time for the JLP during the recent local government election.

Her passing has reduced the JLP’s majority in the Clarendon Municipal Corporation to an 11-10 margin, down from 12.
