Popular influencer World Dawg, whose given name is Akeem Dunbar, took to social media on Thursday to express sadness at the killing his friend Joe.
"Deepest condolences to Joe and him family dem," said World Dawg in a 59-second video uploaded to his TikTok.
World Dawg, who was dressed in a black hoody and a sling for his injured arm, also expressed that he was in disbelief about the situation.
"It really hurt mi yuh know… mi really hurt how everything guh down and it really bother mi," he said.
This comes after a shooting two weeks ago in Miami, Florida that left him injured and Joe killed.
The content creator continued to say he is really thankful for everyone's support and for keeping him in their prayers.
One of those who has shown support for the artiste is fellow musician, international rapper Nicki Minaj.
After the video was posted, she posted an Instagram story with World Dawg's profile handle with a prayer emoji.
