The World Bank has forecast two percent growth for Jamaica in 2024.

Chief economist for Latin America and the Caribbean at the World Bank, William Maloney, says projections for the next three years show that growth in the Jamaican economy will not exceed the 2 per cent mark.

Mr. Maloney provided the update at the World Bank’s Regional Economic Report for Latin America and the Caribbean on Wednesday.

According to him, Jamaica’s economic performance, especially in debt management, remains impressive.
