World outdoor championship silver medallist Wayne Pinnock a short while ago equalled the Jamaica national indoor Long Jump record competing at the NCAA Championships now underway at the New Balance Track in Boston.
The University of Arkansas standout cut the sand with 8-points-40 meters to win the event to join Carey McLeod as Jamaicans with the furthest indoor Long Jump performances ever.
The mark gave Pinnock the championship title.
