UTECH Leads Field Going into 4×400 Intercol Finals

The University of Technology has the fastest time going into Friday’s final of the women’s 4-by-400-metres final of the Inter Collegiate Track and Field Championship now under-way at the GC Foster College.

UTech won heat two in 45.77 seconds, with GC Foster College second in 47.66 seconds and UWI third in 48.64 seconds.

Heat one went to Vocational Training Development Institute, VTDI, with time of 47.74 seconds.

Moneague College was second in 51.50 seconds and Bethlehem Moravian College third in 55.29 seconds.

In the men’s 4-by-100 metres, GC Foster College had the quickest time posting 39.90 second to win heat two.

Mico University College was second in 41.12 seconds and UWI third in 41.12 seconds.

Heat one was won by VTDI in 41.24 seconds, Bethlehem Moravian College finished second in 44.74 seconds and Church’s Teacher’s College third in 45.71 seconds.
