The Kingston Polo and Equestrian Club was abuzz with excitement as the Caribbean Equestrian Association, CEA, in association with the Equestrian Federation of Jamaica recently hosted its highly anticipated Hi-Pro Equestrian Challenge Weekend.
The event saw a record-breaking 60 entries from across four of the island’s leading equestrian centres.
Riders of all ages competed in three thrilling shows, showcasing their talent in both jumping and dressage.
The results from these shows will be entered in the results pool along with the 10 other CEA member countries with rankings announced by June 2025.
In 2023 Jamaica placed 2nd in the Regional Jumping Challenge and 3rd in the Mini Dressage Challenge.
The Children’s Dressage Team ended with a remarkable combined score of 200.34. The Adult Dressage Team also delivered an impressive performance, posting a total score of 164.40.
