Jamaica will again be without top defender Ethan Pinnock and striker Michail Antonio when they face the United States in their second leg Concacaf Nations League quarter-final Monday night in St. Louis, Missouri.

Pinnock has not recovered from the injury which ruled him out of the first leg in Kingston last Thursday while while Antonio has passport issues.

Young striker Kaheim Dixon also missed the trip into the United States because of passport issues.

Veteran midfielder, Ravel Morrison, has been called up for the game which Jamaica must win to advance having lost the first leg 1-0.

Reggae Boyz head coach, Steve McClaren, praised Morrison following his inclusion in the squad.
