JFP Limited’s Company Secretary Resigns

The board of directors of JFP Limited has advised that company secretary of the board, Lisa Sirgany, has resigned.

Her resignation is effective November 7, 2024.

In a statement that was posted to the Jamaica Stock Exchange website, JFP Limited extended gratitude to Mrs. Sirgany for her service.

It also announced that DCOA Corporate Services Limited had been appointed as the new Company Secretary effective November 7, 2024.
