Jamaican Mango Salsa Recipe

1 decade ago 50

This spicy Jamaican-style mango salsa recipe is a beautiful blend of sweet and spicy, and so easy! I love making a batch to pair with grilled fish or chicken. But, if you want to make it to go with jerked anything, omit the pepper in the salsa and use it as a great way to cool down the jerk spices.

Ripe mangoes are best for this recipe, but believe it or not if they\’re still a little green they still make a great salsa…on the sweet and sour side. It takes no time to make this side dish so you can enjoy my Jamaican-style mango salsa even with a quick weeknight dinner. That\’s because it\’s also delicious as a topping for any kind of burger!
