Jamaica women remain on course to win the regional double following their six wicket victory over Barbados in the T20 Blaze at Warner Park, on Thursday.
Batting first, Guyana were bowled out for 63 inside 18 overs. Naijanni Cumberbatch, 25, made the most runs for the defending champions.
Chinelle Henry picked up four wickets and captain Stafanie Taylor claimed two wickets for the Jamaicans.
Chasing 69 to win, the Jamaicans reached the target inside 12 overs. Rashada Williams made 21, and Taylor scored 15.
Meanwhile, Guyana suffered their second defeat of the tournament going down by four runs against the Leeward Islands.
Chasing 105 to win, Guyana made 100 for 9 off their 20 overs.
Shabika Gajnabi led the batting with 44. Jahzara Claxton bagged three wickets for the Leewards.
Batting first, the Leeward islands made 104 for 9 off their 20 overs. Divya Saxena made 42.
And Trinidad and Tobago beat the Windward Islands by two wickets.
Batting first, the Windward Islands were bowled out for 81. Jannillea Glasgow, 36, made most runs. Shalini Samaroo took three wickets.
Super 50 champions Jamaica top the six team table with 13 points. They are followed by Trinidad and Tobago and the Leeward Islands on nine points each.
Guyana and Barbados are on four points each, while the Windward Islands sits at the foot of the table without a point.
