Holmwood Seeks Junior and Senior Netball Double

Holmwood Technical will be contesting the ISSA rural area under-16 and under-19 netball finals for the second year in a row at the National indoor Sports Centre, starting Thursday afternoon at 1.

Coach of Holmwood, Carline Graham-Powell, says they deserve to be crowned double champions.

In the Junior section, Holmwood will take on defending champions Manchester, while Denbigh and Holmwood will do battle in the senior league.

Graham-Powell says the juniors are eager to reverse the results from last year.

Meanwhile, in the Urban under-16 final, St. Hugh’s take on Wolmer’s, while the Queen’s school and St. Catherine battle in the under-19 category.
