Both will enter Friday’s third and final day of their semifinals in very strong positions.
In Santa Cruz, defending champions St. Elizabeth Technical are set to resume on 81 for 4, batting a second time against Manchester High, a lead of 19 runs.
Manchester secured a 62 run first innings lead after posting 250 all out in response to STETH’s 188.
Matthew Morgan led Manchester High with 110.
In the other semifinal, last season’s beaten finalist May Day has batted Clarendon College out of the game and are well on course to book their spot in the final.
May Day closed the second day on 352 for 9, an overall lead of 483.
West Indies under 19 player Reon Edwards made 97 and Chris Lewis 95 against Danjay Larmond 6 for 87.
