Dumas celebrated for commitment to public service 

One month shy of his 89th birthday, Reginald Dumas passed away at the Scarborough General Hospital where he was being treated for gastro-intestinal failure. His daughter shared the news last evening, as she disclosed some of their final moments together. Soyini Grey spent the day gathering tributes to a man, some called a nation builder.
