Scotia's Christmas in the Park is set to light up Emancipation Park this Thursday with an exciting line-up that promises to bring holiday cheer.
This year's event is produced by international recording artiste Tessanne Chin-Crooks. The night will spotlight young, talented Jamaican performers from the Voice Box Performing Arts and exciting performing artiste Dwight Richards.
"Christmas in the Park is a family-friendly musical experience featuring talented performers that will undoubtedly ignite the Christmas spirit in all our patrons," said Yanique Forbes-Patrick, vice-president of public affairs and communications at Scotia.
"The concert also allows us to promote positivity and togetherness within the community, while showcasing the incredible talent of our youth," Forbes-Patrick added.
In addition to the performances, Scotiabank Jamaica Foundation will also make a charitable donation to Project STAR, the social transformation and renewal programme initiated by the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica in partnership with the Jamaica Constabulary Force.
"At Scotia Group, we are always eager to give back to the community. Christmas in the Park checks all the boxes for a great holiday event; it is good entertainment, it promotes the joy of giving, plus our one-of-a-kind, Jamaican Christmas spirit," Forbes-Patrick said.
