#CHAMPS2024 | Excelsior mine gold, silver in Class One girls's shot put

Excelsior High’s Kahllah Bailey and Altonique James took the respective gold and silver medals in the final of the Class One girls' shot put at the ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys and Girls' Athletics Championships at the National Stadium today.

Bailey took the gold medal after achieving a mark of 13.42 metres, while teammate James finished with 13.39 metres. Hydel High’s Natassia Burrell took the bronze medal with a mark of 13.38 metres.
