Calls for Fines for Banks that Charge for Incomplete Transactions

Chartered accountant, Dennis Chung, says a no-charge software for incomplete transactions should be implemented on automated banking machines, ABMs, and banks should be fined if customers continue to incur fees.

South St. Catherine Member of Parliament, MP, Fitz Jackson, says the applicable charges for each transaction should be generated on the screen of an ABM before transactions are complete.
