Jamaica and Manchester City forward Khadija “Bunny” Shaw, is among 16-players nominated for the Best FIFA Women’s Player award for 2024.
Shaw has so far secured several individual awards including, PFA Players’ Player of the Year, Player of the Season, Golden Boot, and English Football Writers’ Association Women’s Footballer of the Year.
The 27-year-old was also named to English Women’s Super League Team of the Year.
President of the Jamaica Football Federation, JFF, Michael Ricketts, says Shaw continue to make Jamaica proud.
Shaw will take to the field for the Reggae Girlz in the first of a two friendly internationals against South Africa at Catherine Hall Friday evening at 8.
Ricketts is calling on the entire Jamaica to support the Girlz.
