Sprint Icon, Usain Bolt, took a break from his rehabilitation work on his Achilles injury to send a special message to his millions of fans on the social media platform, X, about the benefits of hard work.
The Eight-time Olympic gold medalist suffered a ruptured Achilles and needed to be stretchered off the field of a charity football match.
Bolt was competing in the Soccer Aid for UNICEF match at Stamford Bridge Stadium in London, in June.
Bolt says hard work was the formula he used to achieve World Championships and Olympic glory.
